At Flattered, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and secure them within the original shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
